§ 8-4. Permit and decals.

(a)

It shall be the duty of the land development administrator to issue to the applicant a building permit for the construction or alteration of any building and the land development administrator to issue a decal for the location or relocation in case the application is for the location of a mobile home.

(b)

Renewal of the decals shall be granted by the land development administrator each year thereafter, upon payment of taxes due if applicable. In such cases where the mobile home is homestead there shall be no fee. Said renewal of decals must be made on or before May 1 of each year thereafter.
