§ 34-1. Uniform rules of the road adopted.

Pursuant to O.C.G.A. §§ 40-6-372—40-6-376, O.C.G.A. §§ 40-6-2—40-6-395 (except for §§ 40-6-393 and 40-6-394), and ch. 2, title 40 of O.C.G.A. § 40-2-20 and ch. 5, title 40 of O.C.G.A. § 40-5-20, known as the Uniform Rules of the Road and the definitions contained in O.C.G.A. § 40-1-1 are hereby adopted by reference as the traffic regulations of the county as if set forth in full in this section.
