§ 32-23. Imposing charge on wireless telephone subscribers for E-911.

A wireless enhanced 911 charge shall be imposed upon each wireless telecommunications connection subscribed to by subscribers whose billing address is within the jurisdiction of the county at the rate of $1.50 per month per wireless connection provided to each telephone subscriber.
