§ 2-23. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

County officer means the people elected to serve in the position of sheriff, tax commissioner, clerk of superior court and judge of the probate court.

Procurement rules means the rules of how purchases are funneled through the county administration and what forms the procurement requests must take.
