§ 2-2. Authorize the tax commissioner to accept checks or money orders for payment of taxes and license fees.

The county board of commissioners does hereby authorize the receipt of personal, company, certified, treasurer's, or cashier's checks, or bank, postal, or express money orders in payment of taxes and license fees by the tax commissioner.
